Apple’s new license agreement forbids third party middleware?

Apple’s new developer licensing agreement has gotten a lot of people up in arms. It seems like it is aimed squarely at Adobe, but is broad enough to seemingly affect Mono, Unity, Lua, and anything else that isn’t native Objective-C/C++. An Apple developer that I’ve linked to in the past, Dan Griggsby, is so distraught that he’s pulled up his stake and closing up shop. This could be an interesting few weeks as people probe the fringes of this in AppStore approvals.
