Master’s thesis on “Real Time Global Illumination Using Temporal Coherence”

I saw this link fly by a few days ago. For a while now, I’ve had a thought simmering about using instant radiosity and temporal coherence for GI. Looks like this researcher has already done a good investigation into this. They achieve some decent reported frame rates, but you definitely need a good chunk of VRAM for all the buffers they use. I hope that the demo used in the thesis is made available. I’d like to play around with it to see how touchy the reprojection cache is for GI.
