Rapid Iteration


David Gregory, one of my co-workers here at Emergent, has written a series of articles for Gamasutra about rapid iteration of content development. Dave’s got a huge amount of experience with this topic from his time at EA Maxis. The premise of the series is that time is money and every moment that your artists have to wait on builds or wait on previews adds up and takes a huge toll on your time to market and game polish. In the series, he raises some important questions about your content pipeline.
